Crafty little community catch ups
Let’s get creative!
Our monthly Expression Sessions are playful evenings for grown-up kids (a.k.a adults) to get together, make a mess and make some art. Together we drink wine, laugh, and get our hands covered in paint and glue.
Over the session we are use prompts (such as ‘teenage self portrait‘ or ‘summers at home’) for everyone to respond to creatively. No perfection. No pressure. We supply mountains of materials, pens, pencils, stickers, magazines, to use to your hearts desire.
We’ll keep the good vibes flowing with a snack plate and a few vinos (and yes, BYO is always welcome for your personal favourites).
Before you head off (if you want) we’ll scan your masterpieces to be featured in our Expression Sessions Journal, a cool quarterly magazine we are putting together.

90 minutes, face to face.
Each participant creates approximately 3 pieces of art, based of prompts given by the facilitator. The prompts are designed to get us out of our heads and into our hearts.
Yes indeed! We provide everything you’ll need. You are welcome to bring your own materials if you like as well.
Not a worry. If you need to cancel and wish to receive a refund, you will simply need to do so 48 hrs prior to the session. This allows us time to fill your spot. Shoot us an email at hello@littlemountains.org.
